At Himalaya Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all brand tags are included to facilitate a smooth inspection.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
